11 Months!!!

Porter was 11 months old on the 12th!  Only one more month until we have a big one year old.  I seriously feel like we just had him.  And I feel so old when I say that.  But it's true, time flies.  Here is what the little boy is up to at 11 months:

Crawling EVERYWHERE

Taking baby steps with his little push toy

Eating with his fingers, although he's being picky right now

Learned how to drink from a straw and LOVES to drink water from it!

Babbling dadada, and some word meaning diaper.  Also said "light" the other day!

Imitates noises and things we do

Climbing (crawling) stairs

Sits by himself and looks through pages in his books

Loves to cuddle with his blankie at nap time to fall asleep

Squeals and throws his arms up when he's excited

Throwing his ball

Dances to all music

Pulls up to stand on everything, and starting to step to the side a little

Favorite thing to do is ride in his cozy coupe car he got for Christmas

Crawls after Hank all over the house

Thinks Hank is hilarious still and loves to pet him

Has 2 front top teeth and 3 front bottom teeth

As we speak, cutting through 2 more top teeth.  It may kill me before they make it through.

Still napping 2 times every day, and sleeping 10-12 hours each night!  I see the 2 naps becoming 1 pretty soon though.

Is SO ticklish.  Especially on the backs of his thighs.  He cracks up!

Takes his pointer finger and points at things he wants to touch or talk about.

Using his left hand a LOT.
Makes the cutest little kissing face and noise there ever was.

He is one happy baby!  

And here he is with Hankerson on Hank's 6th birthday.  They had to celebrate together.  I think they both wondered why on earth we were putting party hats on them and taking their picture.
