10 Months!

I realized when I got on here to post about Porter at 10 months, that I hadn't posted since the 9 month post.  Oops.  We've had a lot going on!  Maybe I'll have a little catch-up post soon of pictures.  But for now, here is all about Porter at 10 months:

Done with baby food and now eating all kinds of table food

Now very, very vocal...telling us lots...but we don't understand any of it

Starting to get upset if something gets taken away from him or if he isn't allowed to do something

Prefers to feed himself finger foods instead of me feeding him with a spoon

Favorite foods include yogurt, most fruit, and bread.  Veggies are a struggle for the most part.

Loves to drink water from a sippy cup, but won't turn it up himself

2 top teeth, 2 bottom teeth

Smiles and laughs constantly

Still sleeping 10-12 hours each night with 2 daytime naps

Loves to cuddle, but only right before a nap

BUSY, BUSY, BUSY - constantly moving!

Had his first plane ride last week - more on that to come

Still wearing size 3 diapers

Weighs 20 pounds, 10 ounces (as of Dec 2 at his 9 month appointment)

Likes to throw toys and balls

Favorite thing is still reading, and he loves turning pages

Pulling up on everything

Crawling on his hands and knees (as opposed to the army crawl)

 And here is our sweet boy:

Scooting around in the chair.  And then...

Sliding off the back.  Pardon the crack.

This is his "quit taking my picture and let me take a nap!" face.  No, it's not all fun and games.

And then, 2 seconds later, his happy face again.
